• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the map564 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: map564 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the same name as the map564 account.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in your name. map564 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds where possible.
• Transaction Fees: map564 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which map564 is not responsible.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). map564 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

map564 Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• map564 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform

• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing map564 staff or other players
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

8. Responsible Gaming

map564's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your map564 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

map564 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

map564 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Termination for reasons other than breach will result in the return of any legitimate balance after deducting applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the map564 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
